Bloomed ("we", "us") provides an AI order-to-cash platform for food distributors and their supply chains, delivered through messaging channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and Microsoft Teams.

Information we process

• Messages you send to the assistant and files you upload, to provide the service and respond to your requests.
• A non-reversible identifier for your messaging handle (e.g. a hashed phone number or platform user id) used to route and authorize your conversation.
• Operational metadata (timestamps, message ids) for reliability and audit.

How we use it

Solely to operate the assistant: understand requests, ground responses in your organization's documents, and deliver replies. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or audit obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may stop messaging the assistant at any time. To request access or deletion of your data, contact your organization administrator or us at the address below.
